My handmade jewelry is designed to last. However, if you need assistance after your purchase, I offer some dedicated services.

 

🔧 Size Adjustments (for rings and bracelets)

The first size adjustment is free of charge — you’ll only need to cover the round-trip shipping costs.

📌 How to request:
Please contact me via the Contact Form, including:

• your order number and the amulet to be resized

• the new size you would like

I’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the shipping instructions.

⚠️ Please note: not all models can be resized. Always contact me before shipping your piece.

✨ Professional Cleaning

I offer a complete cleaning and polishing service for your amulets, so to bring them back to their original shine.

💰 Cost: €20
📦 Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

This service is available for both brass and sterling silver (925) jewelry.

🎧 Single Earrings (in case of loss)

Lost one of your earrings?
You can order a single earring at half the price of the original pair, based on the current price listed on the website (not the one at the time of your initial purchase).

📦 Time & Shipping

All after-sales services take approximately 5–10 business days from the moment your piece arrives in my workshop.
The return shipment will use the same method you chose originally, though I recommend tracked shipping via SDA courier.
