Shipping policy

Most of the pieces in this shop are made to order — your jewel will be crafted especially for you once I receive your order. This approach helps me avoid material waste and reduce my environmental impact. Production time is usually 5 business days, but feel free to email me at onnjewels@gmail.com for any specific requests.

I’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order and shipping status via email and/or WhatsApp.

Shipping within Italy:
Orders are shipped with SDA tracked express courier, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days. Shipping costs €6.63 (free for orders over €100). Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses once the package has been handed over to the courier. Make sure to provide a delivery address where someone will be available Monday to Friday during working hours, or choose a Poste Italiane pick-up point or post office in your area where you can collect your parcel.

If you are near Moscufo or Pescara, we can arrange a free local pick-up in person — in this case only, please select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout.

Shipping within the European Union:
Orders are shipped with Poste Italiane’s “International Registered Mail” service at a cost of €11.35. Estimated delivery time is around 7 business days.

Shipping to non-EU countries:
Please contact me before placing your order to arrange the best shipping option for your country. I’ll do my best to find the most convenient and reliable solution for you.
