Ivy Leaf Pendant

The symbolism of Ivy is very interesting, because it seems to have conquered the hearts of man in various parts of the globe, linking itself to local folklore.

In British folklore, it has always been considered a powerful “magical” plant, bringing protection, eternal love and enchantment: fairies would love to hide and play among its leaves.

Planted in the garden, it would protect against catastrophes and, placed as a garland on the front door, it would drive away restless spirits.

It would have a special affinity for the element of Water and the energy of the planet Saturn.

Material: Brass, cadmium and nickel free.
To maintain its shine, simply wipe it with a microfibre cloth (included in the package) with a few drops of brass and copper cream from time to time, or leave the jewel to soak in a warm solution of salt and vinegar for 15 minutes and then rub it with the cloth.

The pendant size is approximately: 1.5 x 1.6 cm.

Each pendant will come with a gold-plated steel chain (about 45 cm long) and a handmade clasp. If you would like a longer or shorter chain, write it to me in the order notes!

Each piece will have small differences, which will make it unique, due to the entirely manual processing.
